Essential Endorsements sets its fees based in accordance with Florida Gen. Stat. § 10B-31. Fees for notarial acts.
Notarization: $10.00 per signature + travel fee.
Signing Agent: Fee is negotiated depending on type of loan, location and any extra services.
Additional Fee: If I show up and someone refuses to sign, the mobile and print fee is a minimum of $25.00.
